Returns

We want you to love what you buy.

Should you for any reason be unsatisfied with your purchase or happen to change your mind about your purchase, please comply with the following conditions to issue a refund:

      • Fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page to be emailed your Return Form
      • Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of customers receipt of good, and accompanied with the Return Form
      • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original sales condition (including all its parts and accessories)
      • Multiple items that are being returned from the same order, must be shipped together as one parcel

If the returned items meet all of the above conditions, Stellar Hoods will refund the customer for the full amount of the item being returned, minus the costs of shipping. Stellar Hoods holds the right to refuse refunds that we do not feel meet the above requirements. Should that occur, customers will be notified and have the option to have the item returned to you again, at the shipping cost responsibility of the buyer and in the condition that they were received.

Manufacturing Defects

Due to the nature of each and every product being cut and sewn by hand, mistakes can happen. After all, we’re only human! In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience but would like to do our best to make it up to you.

            • Customer must notify the company within seven (7) days of receiving goods, and accompanied with the Return Form
